September Game Changer Spotlight: Faith McKinney

Faith McKinney first encountered golf through First Tee – Greater Las Vegas, where she was a participant. Her journey has now come full circle as she coaches for First Tee Greater Chicago. One of her recent highlights was attending a special event featuring Cheyenne Woods, where she was inspired by Woods’ impact on the game and her role as a mentor for young golfers.

Coaching at First Tee has greatly influenced Faith, especially during her LPGA internship this summer. The lessons she’s learned from teaching young golfers, instilling core values, and fostering a love for the game have shaped her approach to both work and life. This experience has helped her grow not just as a coach and professional, but also as a person. Faith knows that the skills and values she’s gained will serve her well in her future endeavors.
